Grow, Learn, and Play: Wisconsin Farm Camps

Looking for a screen-free, hands-on adventure your kids will remember forever? Wisconsin’s farm camps offer the perfect mix of outdoor fun, animal encounters, and life lessons rooted in agriculture and stewardship. From cuddling alpacas to learning how to make butter from scratch, these camps blend play with purpose in the most delightful way.

Pagel’s Ponderosa Boot Camp is the ultimate summer adventure for curious 11–13 year olds ready to dive into the world of agriculture! This four-day farm camp combines hands-on activities, behind-the-scenes tours, and ag tech demonstrations to spark curiosity, build confidence, and create lasting memories.

At Eagle Eye Farm, kids as young as three can experience the magic of farm life through half-day “Camper and Me” sessions or full weeklong camps. Campers get to interact with alpacas, goats, pigs, and more while learning about sustainability and farm routines through age-appropriate, hands-on activities. It’s the perfect farm adventure for every young animal lover.

Mulberry Lane Farm’s Barnyard Farmhands Summer Camp is an excellent experience for kids ages 6 to 11. They dive into daily farm chores, such as feeding animals and collecting eggs, all while enjoying classic summer camp activities—think arts, crafts, and homemade butter and ice cream! The week concludes with Family Friday, where campers showcase their skills and newfound farm knowledge.

Rainbow Ridge Farm Camp invites kids ages 7–12 to participate in themed weeks filled with activities such as animal care (hello, goats and piglets!), gardening, cooking, and even woodworking. Each day offers something new, all designed to foster responsibility, confidence, and a sense of community spirit.

Whether your child is an animal enthusiast, nature lover, or curious adventurer, Wisconsin’s farm camps offer a fun and meaningful way to unplug and reconnect, with dirt under their nails and smiles on their faces. Ready to sign up?
