About Us
Ledgerock Distillery is a family-owned farm distillery in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, located between Fond du Lac and Eden along the scenic Niagara Escarpment. Using water naturally filtered through limestone ledgerock and grain grown on-site, the family produces vodka, gin, moonshine, bourbon, and corn whiskey from field to bottle. Visitors can tour the grounds, view the distillation and bottling area, stroll past the grain fields, and enjoy cocktails or samples in the tasting room. Open Wednesday–Saturday, 11am–5pm, with bottles available for purchase. A must-stop for Wisconsin craft spirits, farm tours, and local flavor.
