Nestled in the charming village of Rock Springs, Wisconsin, this veteran-owned meadery is a new Wisconsin Agricultural Tourism Association (WATA) member featured on the Sip & Savor Passport and Hill & Valley Exploration Tour Passport. Founded from a passion for craft mead making that began in 2009, the meadery specializes in small-batch meads crafted with locally sourced Wisconsin honey, seasonal fruits, and unique ingredients. From classic fruit flavors to adventurous blends, every pour highlights the creativity and craftsmanship behind Wisconsin’s growing craft beverage scene.
Housed inside the beautifully restored historic Rock Springs Village Hall, the Mead Hall blends rustic charm, local history, and warm hospitality.
